Is this treatment a relaxer?
No. It is a treatment based on a blend of keratin, amino acids and pure Nano molecules of 24K. Gold  that naturally releases curls and reconstruct the hair cortex and cuticle.

Is this treatment free of formaldehyde or any other aldehydes? If yes what makes this treatment work? Are there any harmful chemicals that replace formaldehyde?
Yes, this product is free of formaldehyde or any other aldehydes.
What makes this treatment work is special blend of a patented keratin with very small molecules and amino acids mixed with 24K gold nano molecules. This compound called Nano Complex® acts as a connector between the keratin proteins and the chains of amino acids in the same way formaldehyde does.
It is also free of harmful chemicals.

Can you do the treatment on color or highlighted hair?
Yes.

Can you do the treatment over Japanese straightening or any other previously relaxed hair?
Yes. You can do the treatment over any kind of straightening or relaxers.

Can I color my hair before the treatment?
No, it is better to wait at least 1 week after the treatment. If you color the hair prior the treatment you will experience some discoloration.

Can I wear any headbands, clips, and ponytail or tie my hair?
No, only after the first wash.

What should I do if my hair gets wet during the first day?
Blow-dry immediately and flat iron it.

Can I go into the pool or ocean after the treatment?
Yes. But only after the first wash.

What shampoo can I use better maintain the treatment?
We recommend our shampoo because it does contains the Nano-Complex®(blend of Keratin, amino acids and 24K gold nano particles).It is also Sulfates and Sodium Chloride free.

 Do I have to do touch up’s on my next visit or the whole head?
The whole head.

When should I have treatment done again?
2 to 3 months or as needed.

Can I do the treatment every month?

Should I cut my hair before the treatment?
 Which ever you prefer.

Can I use any hairspray, gel, mousse, or any other hair products on my hair during the first day period?
Only hairspray and serums.

If I get any ridges in my hair when I sleep, what should I do?
Use either a blow dryer or flat iron to straighten out the ridges in the hair.

Can I do the treatment while pregnant or nursing?
It is safe, however is better to ask permission to a doctor like you would ask permission for a color service.
